We can do dry aged beef 28 days by the half no problem at all. Obviously it will take a little over a month to finish.

Hi Dave! We have Beef brisket in stock all the time. They vary in size but the average is 15lbs. We sell whole briskets for around $4.50 / lb and smaller trimmed versions for $4.99 / lb. Beef prices are a little bit high right now but brisket is still one of the most affordable cuts around!

Yes, we carry beef, pork, and even turkey sausage. Many of our sausages are gluten-free, as well as antibiotic & hormone-free. Feel free to ask when you come in to the store.

Do you sell fresh and/or organic organs (heart) and green tripe? I’m looking for a source for my dogs. I get my holiday turkeys fron you and love them. If you do have green tripe, will you cut it up for me?

Do you sell venison in pepperette form?
Thank you for your comment. We do have venison in the store however it is only loin steaks. To my knowledge, pepperette form is similar to pepperoni sticks. We are willing to try this for you however inspected venison is difficult to get and can be quite pricey. Please feel free to call us at the store if you would like to discuss this further.
