ORGANIC MEAT: Now available! Organic meat such as beef and bison from Southern Alberta.
BEEF & BISON: We are proud to provide Alberta raised Beef and Bison both graded AAA and of the finest quality. Our ‘dry aged beef’ is aged a minimum of 21 days although we prefer and do our absolute best to get it to 30 days. This provides a delicious and
higher quality meat.
PORK: Our pork is guaranteed hormone-free and comes directly from the Sturgeon County area less than 15 minutes from our shop. Fresh!
POULTRY (CHICKEN & TURKEY): Our poultry products are hormone-free, antibiotic-free, free-range and grain fed. Our supplier farm is located less than half an hour outside of Morinville, in the town of Alcomdale.
SEAFOOD: We carry a small selection of seafood from a local distributor and are able to take orders on special requests.
HOMEMADE ITEMS: We carry a variety of home-made items that are ready to cook dinners such as shish-kabobs, perogies and cabbage rolls.
SAUSAGES & BURGERS: Our delicious sausages contain no by-products or artificial fillers and are made from scratch in store using only the highest quality products.
