D’Arcy first bought Johnson’s Meats in 1991 and provided St. Albert and area residents with the world’s best in retail meats up until his semi-retirement in June 2009.

Since June 2009 D’Arcy’s son Kyle has stepped in to take over the family buisness and has been running the retail meats side of our operation ever since.

Selling only top choice Alberta products and providing our customers with exceptional one-on-one service has kept us around in a world where butcher shops are becoming a dying breed.
